Before you can taste the flavors of the world, you must learn to be grateful for your palate.
You woke up this morning, that’s a start. Make a list of all of the things that you have to be grateful for. You might be thinking “I don’t have anything to be grateful for right now.”
The truth is, if you have the ability to read this page, to even see this page then you should be grateful. The fact that you have clean air to breathe and clean water to drink right now is something to be grateful for.
I like to start every day off by taking a moment to list everything I’m grateful for. Whether it’s the simple things like clean water & shelter or it’s my loved ones such as my mother and partner. The best way to live is gratefully. In order to make room in our lives for monetary abundance, we have to appreciate the little things that life offers, the simple moments. Here’s my Gratitude List, the first one I ever made back in 2018:

A great way to make this a habit is to start by writing a list of things you have that you can be grateful for. Even if you have all the money in the world accompanied by all the greatest gear and gadgets, I personally think it’s better to start with the fundamentals. List all the love you receive and from who, all the pieces of your well-being that are mandatory, and all the things/people that you depend on.
Every one of you has access to this blog post, so you can be grateful for just about everything I listed in my gratitude list. Of course, a select few are personal to me but you can replace those with some personal things or people that you’re grateful for.
Your list doesn’t need to be five hundred words long, it can be two sentences. As long as you get them down onto the paper, and you repeat the process every morning it’ll become natural.
Studies have shown that it takes just about 59 days to form a habit. Make it something that you do at the same time every day and it’ll slowly become second nature. It needs to be a routine that you’re committed to, which will develop into a habit with your diligence and consistency.
Your first time doing it will be a challenge, but with the example I provided and a little bit of inward thinking, you’ll be on your way in no time.
The hardest part is simply getting started.
